For some 25 years, Dianne has offered a wide range of innovative educational curricula. She focuses on the student’s individual needs while providing a highly rigorous and professionally vetted program of study.

With her wide range of expertise, she includes in the applied piano lessons, special topic exploration in composition and arranging, plus a variety of ensemble and collaborative projects. Whether the student is from grades K-12 or the adult recreational player, Dianne challenges and inspires students to meet their personal goals. In her state-of-the-art studio, you will find two grand pianos, a host of technology tools, the traditional private lesson, group theory classes, AP Theory tutoring, outside professional assessment, and fun recitals to impassion student participation.

Dianne serves to build the foundation for a life-long love of music making. She is a member of the Music Teachers National Association, the National Federation of Music Clubs, and the National Association of Composers, USA.


COVID-19 AWARENESS

During these uncertain times, Dianne continued to support her students through virtual teaching. She chaired a first-ever virtual honors recital for young composers at the state level through the Oregon Music Teachers Association. Since July 7, 2020, her studio has been open and following MTNA guidelines. Currently, Dianne provides both on-line and in-studio lessons.
